Through the 18 months struggling of all the leaders and the staff in our company, and the equipment manufacturing installation manufacturer, under the great support of Shouguang City government, the petroleum seamless steel pipe hot-rolling product line, that is domestically the first one in the capacity of over 250,000 tons, finished the heating load test-drive satisfactorily in Shandong Molong Science and Technology Mill on 31st March, 2006. Wang Jincai, the mayor of Shouguang City, went to the scene and gave the hot congratulations. Vice President Zhang Yunsan and some high-administrative officers came to the mill, viewed and emulated the whole test-drive. In the afternoon, as per the set technological process, the billet passed through the processes of rotatory heating furnace, cone piecing mill, Accu-Rolling tube mills, 14 stand stretch reducer, 6 roller straightener, 1# comb saw and so on. It went well that the oil hot-rolling seamless steel tube, in compliance with the standard, was produced. In this test,  36 pieces of φ 180 billet  were totally put in the furnace. The specification of drill wasφ190 x 12,φ182 x 7.2 after tube rolling, and φ139.7 x 7.72 after the stretch reducing. The finished tubes were according to API Specification. As per the original set process, one heat load test was well realized.
     Shandong Molong 250,000 tons petroleum hot-rolling seamless steel tube produce line mainly faces the oil market, produces O.D. φ114-φ340,wall 5-25mm hot-rolling seamless steel tube, has the heat treatment to high grade seamless steel tube and all kinds of grade oil casing. The products are according to API SPEC 5CT standard.
